We at Gorgeous Hair India do not accept returns however if the product delivered was damaged in condition or a different product (than the one you ordered) has been delivered by mistake it will be eligible for exchange. For confirmation you will have to send us a photo or video of the damage product to our customer care personnel.
We do not Return/Exchange our Cosmetic Lenses, Night Cream, & Accessories For hygiene reasons. Therefore, be very decisive while purchasing the mentioned items.

What is the return/ exchange period?
We accept exchanges for the hair extensions as long as they are in the same condition they were shipped out, within 5 days of the date you received the package.
How do I know if my package is qualified for a return/exchange?
We are open to any exchanges that are done within 5 days of receipt of shipment if the following conditions are met
1) The goods must be in the same condition as they were when shipped out. We will not accept any products that have been used or altered (brushed, colored, curled, cut, or washed)
2) The cost of shipping back is borne by the customer.
3) Gorgeous Hair India is not liable for any damages that occur in transit while the goods are being returned.

Yes, all customers have to pay for their returns or exchange. We suggest that the shipping be done with a tracking option because we are not responsible for any lost returns.
